Children’s Day Celebration 2024

Children’s Day was celebrated on 14 November with great enthusiasm and joy at Don Bosco Central School, Mannuthy, as the school paid a heartfelt tribute to “Chachaji,” a moment that resonated deeply with the children. The event, organized as a special gift from the teachers to their beloved students, was filled with memorable performances and inspiring messages.

The celebration began with a soulful prayer song by the teachers, setting a reflective and joyful tone. Rev. Fr. Shino Kalapurackkal, the Principal, extended a warm and heartfelt welcome to everyone present. Rev. Fr. Thomas Koonan, Rector and Manager, then captivated the young audience with an inspiring and engaging message, perfectly capturing the spirit of the occasion.

A highlight of the day was a stirring speech by Fredrick, a student affectionately referred to as “Chachaji,” whose words were met with admiration and applause. The excitement continued as the teachers took center stage, dedicating a series of artistic performances to the students. Their vibrant acts, skillfully coordinated by Mrs. Melba John and Mrs. Sreeja, brought smiles and joy to all and were met with enthusiastic applause from the audience.

The program concluded with a Vote of Thanks delivered by Mrs. Ann Joseph, followed by the teachers’ heartfelt rendition of the National Anthem. The compering team, consisting of Mrs. Malini, Mrs. Saumya, and Mrs. Sujitha, closed the event with a meaningful message for the children, urging them to love, respect, and obey their parents.

The celebration was a true testament to the bond between teachers and students, leaving everyone with cherished memories of a joyful and inspiring day.
